Down deposit non- refundable I confirm that i understand the following policies Cancellation Policy: 48 hour cancellation policy. Scheduled appointments must be canceled 48 hrs in advance or I understand I will be charged 80% of my service total. Switching service to one service instead of multiple services under 48hrs will still be charge 80% of that cancellation service. Late policy: I understand that if I arrive after 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment, my appointment will be cancelled and I will forfeit my full deposit. A new deposit will be required in order to schedule a new appointment. No show: I understand that if I do not show or fail to cancel my appointment beforehand, i will pay 80% of selected service, and I will no longer be given an appointment with Ruby Medina. Any and all deposits will be forfeited. Children/Extra Guests: I understand that no children or extra guest, that are not receiving services, are allowed at scheduled appointment.
